I am a software engineering manager with vast experience leading people, products, and processes. Served as a VP of Engineering at Next Insurance, leading the Growth Engineering organization as well as VP of Technology, responsible for engineering excellence. Before this role, I led the development of Personalization Products at Taboola, following its acquisition of Commerce Sciences in which I served as a VP R&D. Co-founded the JavaIL community (www.meetup.com/JavaIL/). Co-organizer of the Reversim Summit 2016, moderator 2014, 2015, 2017, 2019 and 2024
